Newport Oregon Photographer: South beach couples session

South beach in Newport, OR is one of my favorite locations for a couples session. Fun fact: I know of a guy who got flung off his surf board by a great white shark here, he was fine & unharmed, his board had a solid chunk taken out of it. But don’t worry, you likely won’t be swimming in the deep shark water during our session.

Cardwell & Maddie were so much fun to work with, they came all the way from Bend and stayed right on Newports historic waterfront at the Embarcadero! [ https://www.embarcaderoresort.com ] (yes they have a swimming pool and a sauna)!

After the session we went to Mo’s [ https://www.moschowder.com ] & ordered one of everything on the menu, because all that running around on the beach made us hungry. You can never go wrong heading down to the Bayfront to find good food!
