Domaine Roy is a beautiful winery located in the heart of the Willamatte Valley. This winery couldn’t have been a more perfect wedding venue for Valerie and Peter. The views are amazing and the staff at Domaine Roy are a joy to work with.

We started the day by getting couples photos out of the way, before the ceremony. After the short and sweet ceremony on the deck overlooking the vineyard guests made their way inside to break bread and drink wine while also enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding vineyard.

When I first talked to Valerie she told me about her business: Painted Light Glass, her work with glass was a big inspiration for some of the images taken on their wedding day. Creating images as the sun went down on the vineyard was the highlight of the day for me. I have never seen anyone drink red wine in a white dress as gracefully as Valerie did.
